We take CSP very strictly because we think CSP plays a key role when it comes to trust in us as in the local market and on many online stores there is no concept of doing CSP and customers end up receiving faulty refurbish products due to seller negligence. We do CSP only on those products that don’t have any company warranty. Main Categories on which CSP apples are Imported Phones, Used Phones, Laptop and etc. After using CSP claim rates drop down to 1% only and we handle that with our refund and exchange warranties. How We Do CSP:

1. Our representative will call you and confirm your order if it’s imported devices like iPhones, PS4 and etc. He will completely guide you regarding that device.
2. A complete inception check report will be shared with our customers.
3.  Share all sides of images that will tell you how much your device’s condition is.
4. Share a detailed video of that particular device.
5. Share all colors we have in stock you can change colors at that time too.
6. You can video call our representative and ask for live video inception.
7. A complete video of parcel packing will also share by  our representative.
8. We also shared courier tracking ID and invoices with our customers so customers can track the location of that parcel.
