Frequently Asked Questions
How is my phone’s trade-in value calculated?
Trade-in value depends on the model, storage capacity, battery health, physical condition (screen, body, camera) and PTA registration status. A PTA-approved, factory-unlocked phone in good condition gets the highest offer; non-PTA or carrier-locked (JV) phones are valued lower because of the extra registration cost the buyer will need to cover.
Do you buy non-PTA or JV (carrier-locked) phones?
Yes. We accept PTA-approved, factory-unlocked, and JV (carrier-locked) phones. The lock status directly affects the offer, since non-PTA and JV devices carry additional registration or unlocking costs.
Do I need the original box or charger to sell my phone?
No. We evaluate the device itself. Original accessories are not required, though including them will not lower your offer.
How quickly do I get paid?
Payment is made the same day, immediately after our team physically inspects and confirms the phone’s condition against the details submitted in the estimate form.
Can I sell a phone that still has an active PTA block or IMEI issue?
We check the IMEI and PTA status as part of the inspection. A blocked or non-PTA phone can still be sold, but the offer reflects the cost of registering the device.
Is the online estimate the final price?
The estimate is a starting reference. Final price is confirmed only after our in-person or courier inspection verifies the phone’s actual condition, battery health and lock status.
