You must record a clear video while opening your parcel. If you forget to make a video and the parcel is found broken or damaged, we cannot process a claim under any warranty.

What is your standard return & exchange policy?
Normally, we provide a 7-day return & exchange warranty for every product bought from our platform. If you have availed our KM Benefits, your warranty is extended up to 15 days.
I found my parcel broken or damaged. What do I do?
Call our representative immediately and share your unboxing video. They will provide a return shipping address. Once received, we will ship you a replacement product within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund for a "Change of Mind"?
For "Change of Mind" situations, refunds are not possible. We can offer an exchange if your desired product is in stock. If it is unavailable, the final decision depends entirely on the representative handling your case.
I feel I was misguided by a representative. Can I get a refund?
Yes. First, email us at mislead@khareedomobile.pk detailing the issue, including the representative's name and number. Second, fill out our Misguidance Claim Form. Our team will arrange your refund ASAP.
How do I get a Refund Confirmation Number?
Once you submit a valid claim, our representative will investigate the issue. It normally takes 6 to 8 hours to complete the investigation and allot your official Refund Confirmation Number.
How long does the actual refund take?
After receiving your confirmation number, the refund is initiated within 24 hours. If you paid via Bank Card, we will request the bank to process the refund. Bank terms and conditions apply, which typically take about 42 hours.
