Two ways to hand over
Rider swap at delivery
Anywhere in Karachi. Our rider checks your old phone at your door, takes it, and hands over your new phone at the same time. You pay the balance to the rider.
Visit our store
Office 401-B, 4th Floor, StarCity Mall, Abdullah Haroon Road, Saddar, Karachi. Bring your phone within 7 days of your order.
Before you hand over
Back up and sign out
Back up your data and sign out of iCloud, Google or Samsung. Turn off Find My.
Remove your SIM
Take out your SIM and memory card. We factory-reset every phone we accept.
Bring your CNIC
We may ask for your CNIC and, if you have them, the box or receipt to confirm ownership.
Trade-in FAQs
Is trade-in available outside Karachi?
No. Trade-in is available only for orders delivered in Karachi or collected from our Saddar store. Customers outside Karachi can still sell their phone to us for cash through our Sell Your Phone page.
Is the online trade-in value final?
The online value is based on your answers. It becomes final once we check your phone at handover. If your phone matches your answers, you get the value shown.
What happens if my phone is not as I described?
We may offer a revised value, which you can accept or decline, or decline to buy the phone. We are not obliged to buy a phone that does not match its description. If the trade-in does not go ahead, you keep your old phone and pay the full balance for your new one, or cancel your order under our terms.
Why is the trade-in value higher than the cash offer?
Trade-in value is paid as store credit against your new phone, and it includes a 10% bonus over our cash offer.
Do you accept Non-PTA phones?
Yes. Choose Non-PTA in the form and the value is adjusted. We check PTA status on DIRBS at handover.
What if my old phone is worth more than my new order?
The difference is paid to you at our cash offer rate when we collect your phone.
Can I trade in a phone with an iCloud or Google lock?
No. The phone must be signed out of all accounts with Find My or FRP turned off. We also do not accept phones that are reported stolen, blocked, or have an altered IMEI.
